On October 17, 2018, the government of Canada federally legalized cannabis for non medicinal (recreational) use for the entire population, becoming the second country after Uruguay to completely legalize, restrict, and distribute cannabis.
This will completely change many things.
Mostly, it will ensure that Halloween 2018 is LIT AF.
