Witches of Doom bring a lot of gloom, a fair bit of doom and more keyboards than you can imagine to their cover of Joy Division’s “Love Will Tear Us Apart.” The goth stoner doom band decided to release the cover while they prepare their next album that they hope to release later this year.With two albums under their belt already (2013’s Obey and Deadlights in 2016) the band is no stranger to covers, having been joined by former Type O Negative member Paul Bento on a cover of U2’s New Years Day.

Not going to lie, this cover has me much more interested than anything from Bono and company ever could, and it’s worth a listen at least to hear their take on a goth staple.
