NEW! Corrosion of Conformity – “Cast The First Stone” Track from ‘No Cross No Crown’

unnamed (8)

Our pals in Corrosion of Conformity have a new track from their upcoming album “No Cross No Crown”, and it’s called “Cast The First Stone” and it’s a BANGER.

No Cross No Crown is the first recording of COC’s with Pepper Keenan in over ten years and it’s out January 12th 2018 on Nuclear Blast Records.  And for old school COC fans, like me, it will be available on cassette which is pretty dang dope, so dust off those old analog machines and let’s get OG up in this piece..

Keenan has stated – “It’s an honor to be back out there and have an opportunity to do it again in a real way and not some washed-up reunion thing“.  A pretty poignant and simultaneously pointed remark about how crappy those weird reunion shows can get and good for Pep for saying it.
Pepper is looking good these days, and his vocals are on fucking point for this new track so I’m mega hyped to check that shit out.  COC is joining up with Black Label Society, Red Fang and Eyehategod for a string of tour dates starting December 27th thru February 18, 2018, and they’re rolling through our hometown so I look so very forward to checking these cool cats out live.

Another friend of the graveyard, J. Bennet from Ides of Gemini and also Playboy (I only read it for the articles!) and VICE and that metal book about cat lovers sat down with Pepper to talk about the expectations around the new album, and it’s a cool little snippet with two of our faves yukkin’ it up, so go check it out, and tell J he’s pretty. He likes that.

You can find COC and their label online (go order their album or you’re dead to me!):

You can find Robin on twitter, listening to old COC and the new Ides of Gemini albums on cassette. Simultaneously. It sounds like Country music. Don’t judge her. She isn’t well..
