Oh hey little friends, how are you?

Following our coverage of Sled Island 2016 Part 1, I wanted to check in with my dear readers about PSYCHIC TV.  Seeing this band play was the culmination of so much hard work, dedication and drive, and the show was, in short..  fucking flawless.

But.  This isn’t a show report.  This is a Trash/Thrash Tuesday and we are most definitely going to be THRASHing this week to PSYCHIC TV’s “After You’re Dead, She Said”.

This song is a shared favourite between myself and a close friend of mine.  This friend is going through a really hard time right now involving some complicated mental health issues.  My friend was absent for this show due to these issues, and this song was played during the set, and it was so incredibly moving and emotional for me.

I very rarely get choked up by music, but PSYCHIC TV is one of those bands that gets me every time.

Sounds like a bit of a downer, but I hope you, my dear readers can enjoy some milder THRASHing this week for Trash/Thrash Tuesday.
