Have you recently completely lost your shit because you no longer know the difference between sleep and wakefulness and you are so lost in between afternoon snack, afternoon nap and reading piles of medical literature that you may or may not have spent a good portion of your weekend wearing a bat suit while crying?
Um. Or maybe you’ve recently embarked onto a weight loss journey and you’re feeling wild and feisty and ready to kill the people who keep you up all night by listening to shitty noise music and bellowing at the top of their lungs? Is this you? Can you relate?
I’ve been feeling really fighty lately, and since this Friday marks the inaugural concert experience for the graveyard drunks of 2016 and it’s going to be Cannibal Corpse, Obituary and Cryptopsy. Pretty cool right? I’ve got my dope ass Drunk in a Graveyard vest ready and my heavy metal hair will be flying in the wind. I’m evening buying a new lens for my camera. I’m really all over the map here. I’m having a real mania. If I was poorer and crazier I might be right up that with that dude standing on a milk crate outside the drugstore yelling stuff about God.
Anyways. Cannibal Corpse. What can I say about them? They’re pretty dope as fuck right? And like, it seems like they have always been around, you know? I remember being a kid and my cousin had a super sick Cannibal Corpse shirt and I thought it was so cool as fuck. Also. Remember that time Cannibal Corpse was in Ace Ventura? Me too! That shit was awesome. I really credit goofy ass Ace Ventura with sculpting my sense of humor from an early age. Keep this in mind when you think about what Scotty Floronic has to deal with on a daily basis. Please keep him in your prayers during this difficult time. IT must be highly emotionally trying when I launch myself off the couch in my bat suit declaring my allegiance to the vampyr.
